Partnering With P&G to Create a Pioneering Ecommerce Platform
Throughout its 175+ year history, P&G has earned a well-deserved reputation for anticipating consumers’ needs and creating innovative products to make their lives easier. When the pioneering marketer wanted to extend that reputation with its own ecommerce experience, it turned to Resource/Ammirati’s Omni-Commerce Practice.
We created the P&G eShop, one of the first global direct-to-consumer, multi-brand ecommerce platforms for a CPG company. Designed as an e-retailing test bed, the eShop has allowed P&G to share consumer shopping insights with retail partners about how new digital tools and features can improve business and drive real sales results. We’ve also helped P&G continuously turn insights about shopping behavior into fuel for further product innovation as well as site optimization and conversion. Our efforts have helped enhance the shopping experience for loyal P&G customers as well as solidify P&G’s standing as a digital innovator.
