A lifetime Pittsburgh Steelers fan, John is the agency’s quarterback equivalent—the consummate team player and leader who thrives on setting his team up for success.
Informed by years of experience in business development, marketing and client services at consumer, B2B, healthcare and ecommerce agencies, as well as technology leaders AT&T and Sterling Commerce (now IBM), John has played an instrumental role in evolving the agency to anticipate clients’ evolving needs and give them the speed, agility and thoughtfulness they demand.
Since joining the agency in 2006—first as the Executive Director of Business Development and Marketing, and now as President—John has helped the agency move “beyond digital” to deliver integrated marketing solutions that are digitally led, but driven by brand and consumer insights. During this time, he has helped triple the size of the agency by growing relationships with existing clients with creative business-driving ideas while also attracting new clients to the agency.
John serves on the board of Goodwill Columbus and The Wellington School. He received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
