As Chief Talent Officer, Jeff leads Resource/Ammirati’s efforts to find the very best talent in the industry and ensure our associates have the opportunities to continually learn, grow and innovate on behalf of our agency and our clients.

Jeff brings a unique blend of talents to his role, having spent equal time on the agency, client and consulting sides of the marketing business. During his career, he has held leadership roles in marketing, organizational development and human resources. Prior to joining the agency, Jeff served as Executive Vice President of People and Culture at Leo Burnett USA, where he drove the people strategy and execution for one of the largest agencies in the world. While at Leo Burnett, Jeff was the lead architect in building the agency’s people practices, helping to fuel agency growth and leading to recognition by Ad Age as a “Best Places to Work” Agency. Before joining Leo Burnett, Jeff held leadership positions with Resonance Consulting Group, Sherwin-Williams and Bates USA. During his career, he has had the opportunity to work with an array of global companies and brands, including Miller Brewing Company, Wendy’s International, General Electric, United Parcel Service, McDonald’s and Sprint, along with a host of innovative national brands that were actively growing their presence in the market.

Jeff received a BS in philosophy from Denison University and a master’s in organizational development from Case Western Reserve University. He is a certified executive coach through The Coach Training Institute and serves as a member of the advisory board of Talent Management Magazine.
